Vermorel Sprayer:
An agricultural spraying tool, used in the trenches to spray dispersal chemicals onto low-lying pockets of gas.
Very:
A flare or colored light fired from a Very pistol for signalling at night. After the inventor, Edward W. Very (1852-1910), a U.S. naval ordnance officer.
Vin Blanc Anglais:
Whisky. From French, literally English white wine.
