No agreements are valid without a complete Confidential State Paper.
The following are examples of possible agreements. Almost anything can be agreed upon as long as it is on a Confidential State Paper and agreed to by all respective parties.
Ambassadors from the respective countries must give the signed paper to the teacher for ratification.
As papers are submitted to the teacher, record the agreements on a transparency of the
Alliance Chart.
The easiest method is lines between countries with simple annotations.
DO NOT allow students to see this particular chart until it is displayed during the Endgame.

Mutual Support | Both parties agree to support each other no matter what. |
Mutual Defense | Both parties agree to defend each other in case of attack. |
Non-Aggression | Both parties agree not to attack each other. |
Right of Passage | May pass unhindered peacefully through each other's territory. |
Economic | This includes all resource and territorial agreements. |
